Description of the vibration support

Vibration supports for Silentflex® transformer are effective vibration isolators specially designed for static electric machines of low, medium and high voltage. They demonstrate excellent cushioning properties and are particularly reliable and durable. Modern technologies and extensive experience in the field of vibration and noise isolation allow us to adapt vibration supports to the widest range of electrical transformers of various weights and capacities.

The transformer or any other equipment on wheels is installed directly on an anti-vibration support, which is attached to the floor and ensures high stability of the equipment. At the same time, there is no need to remove the wheels designed to move it, since the dimensions of the vibration isolator design allow you to accommodate most of the wheels usually available under transformers.

The elastic element of the vibration support can be of two types: a high-strength spring with a stainless steel metal cushion inside or anti-vibration vulcanized rubber.

These vibration dampers are designed and developed specifically for transformers, so they effectively reduce structural noise by isolating more than 99% of the main vibrations generated by electrical transformers.
