Description of the vibration support

Vibration supports for height-adjustable machines, or anti-vibration feet, are the most popular vibration isolators on the industrial market.

They help not only to isolate any vibrations caused by the operation of industrial machines, but also make it easy to adjust the height of production equipment thanks to a special nut for the convenience of the workflow.

A special feature of the Silentflex® anti-vibration foot is its damping element, represented by a durable all-metal stainless steel cushion that can withstand enormous loads even in extreme conditions and does not require any maintenance or replacement.

Main characteristics and advantages of vibration supports for Silentflex® height-adjustable machine:

Each model of this support can withstand a wide range of loads;
Low resonant frequency, about 15 Hz
Stable operation at very high static and dynamic loads;
Internal damping reaches 15-20% due to the durable material;
Elastic element – metal cushion made of stainless steel wire;
Galvanized steel support bowl (stainless steel on request: for more aggressive environments);
The possibility of locking the height adjustment mechanism or fixing the support to the machine;
Fixing to the floor with screws or by applying an anti-slip coating;
The possibility of custom-made according to individual parameters.
