Description of the vibration support

Axial stainless steel vibration isolator Axial Inox Silentflex ® is an all-metal damper capable of isolating vibrations in a wide range of industrial and on-board equipment. The elastic element of the all-metal vibration supports of the Axial Inox series is made of 100% stainless steel wire.

The Axial Inox metal damper consists of a housing, a steel base with mounting holes and a central axis for mounting from above made of aluminum 6082-T6 (on request, the axis can be made of galvanized or stainless steel).

The cushioning properties are achieved thanks to the elastic metal cushions located inside and can vary depending on each specific application of the vibration damper. In order to protect the damper from corrosion, its body can be painted or galvanized.

The design of the Axial Inox vibration support allows it to work both for compression and tension, creating excellent semi-movable points and withstanding significant horizontal dynamic loads.

Ideal for insulation of material transported on board ships, trains and automobiles, construction and agricultural machinery, and also widely used in exhaust pipes, engines, rotating machines and rotating electric machines.
